2. Appointment Terms (MyWellnessConnected)
2.1 Booking & Confirmation
- A confirmation email, joining instructions and medical history form will be sent once your booking is accepted.
2.2 Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours or Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full fee.
2.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance of treatment unless otherwise arranged or paying cash at appointment.

We accept online payment, bank transfer or cash.
2.4 Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be suitable for your health.

Aftercare advice may be provided and should be followed for your wellbeing.
2.5 Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you receive your full treatment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, but the full fee will still apply.
3. Product Sales (Adventure Shenanigans)
3.1 Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are shown in GBP.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

For custom badge orders, production will only begin after payment is received.
3.2 Custom Orders

Custom orders are final and cannot be changed once approved.

Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, limitations in available thread colours or weaving processes.

If a proof is provided, please check it carefully before confirming.
3.3 Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Returns – Standard Items

You may return unused, non-custom items in original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
4.2 Returns – Custom Items (e.g. personalised swim badges)

Due to their personalised nature, custom items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

If your item is defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and order details.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If a replacement is requested, we’ll ship the new item once the original is returned (if applicable).
4.3 Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for faulty items.
